Kelsie Kroll PMHNP-BC

Kelsie Kroll is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 10 years of healthcare experience. She grew up in Orlando, Florida, where she developed a passion for psychiatry and mental health advocacy. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and spent years traveling across the country, gaining experience with diverse patient populations.

During the COVID-19 crisis, Kelsie played a vital role in crisis response protocols, helping patients and families navigate one of the most challenging periods in healthcare. She later earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of the Incarnate Word in Texas. During her training, Kelsie deepened her expertise in mental health care that considers physical, social, psychological, and spiritual factors—treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Kelsie is focused on the treatment and future of neuropsychiatric testing, ketamine therapy, and evidence-based psychiatric care. She takes a compassionate, individualized approach, integrating clinical expertise with a deep understanding of perspective, thought processes, and mindset. As a fellow at Nashville Brain Institute, she is committed to further developing her skills and advancing the field of psychiatry.

Kelsie views mental health advocacy as part of her purpose and is committed to reducing stigma, empowering patients, and ensuring they feel understood and supported in their journey.
