This is not an emergency service. If this is an emergency, please leave this page and call 9-1-1 immediately. Nashville Brain Institute (NBI)’s regular hours of operation are Mondays through Thursdays 8:30 AM-5:00 PM and Fridays 8:30 AM-12:00 PM.

NBI aims to respond to all inquiries submitted during regular business hours within 24 hours after submission. For inquires submitted after regular business hours, the 24 hours begins at the start of the following business day. For inquires submitted on weekends, allow for up to 48 hours for NBI to respond. NBI staff won’t receive inquiries submitted after hours or on weekends until the following business day.
